When paying by wire transfer, we ask you to indicate your invoice number, which will be paid with the wire transfer, in the reference.

If you select the menu option "Invoices" in your Helpling Profile, you can view every invoice created and check its payment status.

The invoice number can be found on each of our invoices in the upper left corner of the invoice, below the invoice date.

Please transfer each invoice separately, to avoid misunderstandings.

The bank account details are displayed on each of our invoices below the invoice amount.

The invoice amount is due immediately after the invoice is created. Please transfer the amount due within 14 days after the invoice is created.
